The Winchelsea Eastern Reserve Committee is a legal non-profit organisation, formed to facilitate the development of the sporting and community facilities at Winchelsea's Eastern Reserve. A long-standing footy-ground, recent improvements include state-of-the-art netball courts plus a resurfaced oval (with drought-tolerant grass and underground recycled watering system).

The Eastern Reserve Committee has developed a "Master Plan" for the site, with long-term aims and an integrated approach to achieving them. The Eastern Reserve will be a fantastic facility for all Winchelsea residents and surrounding communities, providing a base for sports, meetings, and other community purposes.

The major fund-raising arm of the Winchelsea Eastern Reserve Committee is the Winchelsea Festival Committee, which each year organises Winchelsea's Festival and the Sportsperson of the Year Awards evening. More information can be found at the Winchelsea Festival website.
